PPS Puppy Pack
As you follow Larka through the door, you are surprised to see how large the territories are. You notice a strange scent in the air and it makes you curious as to where it is coming from. Larka notices your look and sighs. Her nose points towards a couple of caves on the base of the mountain that you had originally entered.
"That's where the PPS puppy pack live. Since there is a fear that their disease is contagious, their pack members drive the little pups away from their homes and families. It's quite sad really. See that light brown pup with the floppy ears? That's Sasha. She is the first PPS puppy and has plans on helping any other pup that contracts this disease."
Curious, you see notice an ordinary looking pup standing outside the entrance of a cave watching you silently. She seems to be a bit cautious, as if she doesn't know quite how to act. She gives you a nod in respect then turns back into the caverns.
"Are those diseases fatal?" You ask sadly. "She seems quite normal to me."
Larka sighs. "No it is not fatal. Instead it makes those pups never grow up. They will be forever young and will not pass away from any natural causes. They could live centuries if nothing harms them."
Stunned, you look back but notice the pup is no longer there. Feeling sad, you continue on following Larka to the more denser part of the woods.
Leader:
Name: Sasha
Personality: While she may seem young and inexperienced, Sasha has many years under her. She is able to think quick and make intelligent decisions for herself and the pack she leads. After her younger sister Maple was cast out of the pack, Sasha decided to help other pups like herself and help them find where they belong. She is a kind and compassionate leader who most of the PPS pups look up to.
Deputy:
Name: Maple
Personality: In contrast to her sister's charismatic personality, Maple is more withdrawn in her nature. She is very sweet and has an innocent air to her, despite the many years she had lived. Ever since her pack cast her out, she has been a bit more nervous around the bigger wolves and is extremely loyal to the pack she is now in. She hopes to follow Sasha's dream in helping the other pups that contract this strange disease.
Medicine Wolf:
Name: Toboe
Personality: While he may be the smallest in his pack, Toboe is the most intelligent pup of his breed. He is quite skilled in many types of herbs and will help his pack members out if they get injured. Of course that doesn't leave him much to do considering PPS pups never get sick. Still he believes that there is a reason why they are forever pups and often wonders if there is a cure for this mutation. He is one of the oldest PPS pups but much about him is unknown, including his origin.
Warriors:
Name: Bone
Personality: Originally a loner, Bone has never known a pack until he joined the PPS pups. He had always known he was an outsider and that had made him a bit on the aggressive side. While he may act like he has a cold heart but deep down he's mainly has self esteem issues. Even with his social issues, he still is Sasha's loyalist warrior.
Name: Strawberry
Personality: A sweet pup who has no memory of where she came from. All she remembers is waking up in a cave surrounded by her pack members. Given the nickname "Berry", she is slowly learning about who she is and had made the shocking discovery that Bone is her cousin. Of course that's about all she can remember. She has a curious nature and a stubborn streak at times. Over all she gets along with just about everyone, including her strange loner of a cousin.
Name: Vali
Personality: Born on February 14, Vali and her sisters were born with bright pink little white hearts. Yet even on the day of love, her mutation led her to be cast out of her pack. Now she is separated from her sisters and is taking up living in Sasha's pack. She gets along well with her pack members but is known to be a bit lonely, especially when the topic of families are brought up.
Name: Remi
Personality: Coming from a deep forest along the Teeki Mountainside,Remi is no stranger to surviving on his own. But when he met Sasha's pack, he decided he didn't want to be alone anymore. Still he has a habit to not give his trust away easily. In his mind, you have to earn it.
Name: Nakita
Personality: After witnessing the death of her previous pack members, Nakita is unusually quiet and sometimes even seems a bit somber. She is trying to start over in Sasha's pack but sometimes she just feels so lost. Her pack had been so loving to her in the past and it was only out of the fear from another pack that they are now dead. Nakita even blames herself sometimes. Even so, she tries to put on a brave face and deals with her troubles on her own.
Name: Rosalie
Personality: One of the smallest of the PPS pups, her story is a more mysterious one. Coming from a long line of an ancient breed, her mutation seemed to have created a stir among her original pack.Some thought she to be a demon and others some sort of angel. Feeling uncomfortable by their suspicious eyes, Rosalie ran away in hopes to find more of her kind and with luck had found Sasha's pack.
Name: Redrock
Personality: Coming from a pack far to the west, Redrock has traveled a great deal to find others like himself. Markings, resembling a gray wolf, he could have passed for any other wolf pup. However unlike the others of Sasha's Pack, he had not come to escape persecution, he came because he wanted adventure. Loving the fresh air and forbidden nature Teeki has to offer, Redrock feels most happy when he is exploring this new land.
